I'm just a girl trying to make her way along this path I've got laid before my feet. How could I best describe myself? Extreme lethargist by day, bartender by night. Thus far, I've been hard pressed to find a person as well versed in the fine art of sleep as is yours truly. When I'm off-duty from both of the former, I'm engulfing myself in music in one way or another. I sometimes play a little guitar in my own personal, sloppy stylings while I sing along with this crooning squak I was given as a voice, or I'm wading through the vast sea of artists that please me most: Hank Williams, Sr,; Lyle Lovett; Emmylou Harris; Tom Waits; Jeff Buckley; Ray Lamontagne; Bob Dylan; Holly Cole; Kyle Harvey; my father when I am homesick and lonely....and the list is endless. One might suggest it's an easy life, well...it satisfies my soul. In the company of amazing friends and a soundtrack to my life in the constant background, things don't get much more pleasing than this.
